Home Repair Resource Center (HRRC) is a community-based nonprofit that works purposefully to maintain and strengthen the housing stock through a creative mix of self-help with counseling and education components. Since 1971, we have empowered, educated and enabled homeowners to accomplish repairs on their own, or have the knowledge and confidence to contact the repair on their own. HRRC’s programs provide the tools and the know-how one needs to be a responsible homeowner in Cleveland Heights and beyond!
