Youth Opportunities Unlimited (Y.O.U.) is a nonprofit workforce development organization that serves teens and young adults ages 14-24 living in economically distressed areas in Northeast Ohio. We prepare teens and young adults to become economically self-sufficient contributors to our region through school-based programs, internships, employment, and job readiness and credential training.
