If you or your team has been dealing with increased neck pain, headaches, back pain, loss of focus, or fatigue since you started working remotely, it’s not necessarily from the quarantine. It’s your home, work environment! Ergo Inspire is poised to help answer the question: “What comes next for businesses and remote workers in the COVID Age?” At Ergo, we know that for remote workers to thrive, focus and be successful, they require support, coaching and some home workspace redesign to remain healthy under the “New Business Normal.”
Our team of Ergonomic Specialists work with businesses and individuals to address these problems with guidance and training that keeps everyone performing at their peak effectiveness and focus. Our three-phased Ergo Health System addresses The Environment, The Body and The Mind. With information, including pictures of the worker at their desk, we assess home, work environments and provide much needed modifications to reduce pain and fatigue. Each assessment is tailored to the individual and instructional guidance on posture, stretching and behavior is provided while cost-effective equipment suggestions are offered.
Our video group stretching classes give remote teams a chance to “see” each other outside of meetings to restore some of the corporate culture lost to COVID. We provide fun, interactive instruction sessions that inform and inspire employees toward the goal of decreased discomfort and improved health, productivity and mood during their workday. Various packages from a “Corporate” level for larger numbers of employees to “Individual” guidance are available.
