Jan 18, 8:00 am - 9:30 am, University Suburban Health Center
It’s time for a change – a shift in what it means to lead, and what it means to be a leader.
The new model for leadership requires people with high levels of awareness and emotional intelligence who can empower, engage and align their team members.
It’s time for a shift from doing to being. From managing to creating. From telling to asking. From delegating to empowering. From outcomes to impact.
We are pleased to welcome speaker Jeff Nischwitz. Known as a Facilitator of Truth and the Leader of Shift, Jeff is known for challenging traditional thinking. Jeff is the author of three books including 2017’s Arrows of Truth: Simple Shifts for Personal Transformation (Eagle Heart Press). He speaks to audiences and consults with companies world-wide, helping leaders make tangible shifts for powerful impact.
Jeff’s powerful presentation will:
- shake up the leadership beliefs that hold you back
- help you make critical shifts to enhance and accelerate your personal and professional leadership
- move your perspective from “effectiveness and efficiency” to “engagement and impact”
