Caroline and Jeannine focus their leadership and management training, coaching, and consulting with individuals, teams, departments and organizations moving them from a place of disengagement and low productivity to a place of effectiveness and energy.
Caroline Carter, MS, LSW, BCC, is a coach, consultant and certified trainer. Her definition of success in the workplace is a healthy and positive culture where everyone thrives. Caroline has a diverse background which includes roles serving on a child protection team, in hotel management, as a regional quality improvement director, and as a healthcare consultant. Helping other people achieve success is her primary motivator!
Jeannine Gury, MBA, ICF, is a coach, consultant and certified trainer whose personal mission is to help organizations exist in the sweet spot between what they want to accomplish in the world and those who want to do it! Working in and with organizations such as Criteo, Ernst & Young, Harry’s, and News Corp, she has leveraged her knowledge of organizational behavior and her ability to uncover that which is life-giving to effect change at the macro level within organizations, and in the micro world of the individual.
